All international orders will be shipped using Hong Kong Post. Once shipped, you will be provided a tracking number, which can be used via the Hong Kong Post Office Tracking website. Domestic (Hong Kong) orders will be shipped via SF-Express.

Orders will be shipped out once a week on Friday. When an order is placed, it will take 5-7 business days to process.

You can expect your order to arrive anywhere between 1-4 weeks after placing the order. We aim to ship out all orders within a week of customers placing the order.
